The hotel is good. But the dark point is that there is no restaurant or room service for evenings. As we are in an empty industrial zone, it is very sad because diners are hard after a day of business

Mit Verständigungsproblemen ging es los, der Mitarbeiter verstand mich nicht und fand zunächst meine Buchung nicht. Dann sollte ich noch einmal bezahlen, obwohl bereits über Expedia bezahlt. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter musste eingreifen und den Kollegen aufklären. Wirkte sehr unprofessionell, bitte Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption schulen!! Zimmer war gut, der Fernseher hatte keinen Empfang, wozu hängt der im Zimmer? Für eine Übernachtung auf Reise vom Flughafen Stuttgart war es okay, mit Luft nach oben.

Unsere Zimmer waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Bad war top. Die Matratzen der Betten waren auch sehr gut. Wir hatten ruhige Nächte. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Einzig das Nachfüllen könnte zeitiger sein. Die Zimmer waren sauber und von der Größe ausreichend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Das Hotel können wir weiterempfehlen und wenn wir wieder in Stuttgart sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Frühstück ansprechend, reichhaltige Auswahl. Leider hat der Pancake Automat nicht funktioniert und konnte auch nicht zum Laufen gebracht werden. Zimmer sauber, bis auf einen schwarzen Schimmelfleck in der Ecke der Dusche am Boden. Die Wände könnten einen Anstrich vertragen. Mein Fernseher hat gezickt, und leider hat sich niemand des Problems angenommen. Mir wurde geraten, den Stecker zu ziehen und wieder einzustecken. Hat nicht geklappt. Das Personal ist aber super freundlich. "Restaurant" in der Beschreibung ist irreführend, denn man kann nur zwischen TK Pizza und TK Flammkuchen wählen ...

I’m a loyal IHG member and this hotel delivered great service consistent with the brand. They had great facilities and secure parking. I was on a trip with a super car rental so this really mattered in case other tourists are concerned about safety of their vehicles. The location is excellent with easy and convenient access to many restaurants. Best of all genuinely great team who provided a lot of hospitality and accommodated all requests. Mittlerweile bin ich fast wöchentlich im the niu mesh/Stuttgart. Warum: alles sehr sauber, modern, sehr freundliches Empfangspersonal, vor allem Evi und der Preis ist top! Zudem ein sehr gutes Frühstück und ein kleiner, aber im obersten Stock gelegener Wellnessbereich (Sauna) inkl. Möglichkeit zur Entspannung auf der Dachterrasse. Prima für Geschäftsreisende: sehr späte Check-Out-Möglichkeit um 12:00 Uhr, dann kann man auch mal am Morgen sich gut auf den Arbeitstag vorbereiten oder im großen Lobbybereich sein Büro machen. Zudem steht stets frisches Zitronen-Pfefferminz-Wasser zur Erfrischung bereit. Komme sehr gerne regelmäßig wieder,
