There was an issue with double booking for some technical issues with Expedia App The hotel didnt know how to deal with it and they want to charge me for 10 nights instead of 6 nights The management didnt bother to communicate with me and the front desk staff was lost No bill boy to help with the luggage

Very nice hotel. A little hard to find, the gps tells you the road ends but you need to keep going. We did drive around a bit. Hotel and staff are great. The restaurant is fantastic and service there was wonderful. We had dinner there one night and then that’s are they have breakfast in the mornings. Would love to stay there again.

Blend of old & new charm.

Lovely property with generous sized & tastefully decorated rooms. Staff at reception & the bar were very helpful & spoke excellent English. Our meal in the bar (club sandwiches) was tasty, fresh & not greasy. The only negative was that for the “comfort” rooms in the heritage part of the property, there is no lift to help with heavy luggage, however a staff member happily took my husband’s luggage upstairs.
