"Great property with the most friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic beating the breakfast I’ve had in Italy. Great coffee, fresh juice/smoothie and honeycomb for my fresh yogurt. Property is on the ski slop with ski in and ski out. Only downside is restaurant is closed for lunch, the cafe had a few snack options but no other food restaurants near by and there is no elevator. A small handicap/luggage elevator would do wonders. Probably my best stay on my 3 week trip to Europe. "

It's a small hotel and a little bit further out than others but it's a completely short walkable distance to the town center and bus stop to the Santa village. "This property was perfectly located for our trip and had everything we needed. The option for a late check out was extremely handy. The only thing that would have made things better would have been if there was an option for early check in say 1pm instead of 4pm as our flight landed at approx 11.30 so we had to use a storage facility nearby for our luggage and wait around for 4 hours. "Beautifully decorated warm, spacious, cosy cabin with sauna, 10 mins from Levi. In the grounds of Elves Hideaway. Only downside was checkin. We arrived late and were given the passcode to open the keybox but absolutely no directions to find the cabin which was not at all easy in the dark. Everything else great, saw the northern lights from our front door :) "
