"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This place is one of a kind with glass dome windows in half of our large suite. There are only two of us, but the place can accommodate at least 6. We saw Northern Lights on our last night there and it was an unforgettable sight for a lifetime. The meals were also delicious, coupled with a variety of activities within the resort, such as snowmobiling, reindeer ride, visiting Santa's home etc. We can't wait to go back again soon! "

"Rooms were kept too hot, even with the window open our whole stay. Lights were on in the carpark all night which reflected into our room. I requested a high floor, north facing room on booking, but was given a ground floor room on arrival. No rooms in this hotel face north which I wasn't made aware of until check-in, despite my emailing about it. On questioning the ground floor room, I was told I had to pay €30/night extra for a higher floor room, which was never mentioned in previous...

"The check-in staff Ms Tali was very efficient and courteous. It took about 5 minutes and I got my. Room key card. When I needed a heater in my room, the staff got me one. Ms Vilma managed to contact and spoke to the taxi who fetched me earlier to the hotel to cancel the airport booking trip as i do not speak Finnish. "

"Great stay! Everyone was so friendly, the chalets are cute, it’s all by the river so you can play in the water, good breakfast…. Nice and quiet in the summer, great time to go if you dislike crowds. You can rent fat bikes and SUP boards (for an extra cost), but kayaks and other types of bikes would have been nice too. But overall: well done, keep it up!"
