It’s cheap and the neighborhood is close to the town center but then so is the park bench at Old Church Park. This experience has taught me, no matter how affordable, that you can’t run a hotel WITHOUT staff to offer help and service.

Great location and comfortable

Very convenient location in the middle of the city. Very nice comfortable room. Staff was very friendly to send the codes to access on time.

Booked for one night to see how the property was, ended up booking for another six nights. Close to the heart and soul of Helsinki. Felt safe inside, you have to use numeric key codes to enter everywhere, which is comforting. Five minute walk to the Ritzy shopping stores.

Great location. Large enough room for four adults. Only 15 min walk from central station. Walkable to all of the city spots. No staff on site so ensure that you have your room number and access code to enter before you arrive. I received mine a few hours before checkin time by email.

Generally adequate with good use of space. Curtains are as useful as an ice vendor in lapland! Can I have a more lengthy material please? The shelf above the bed was poorly designed such that you are unable to sit in bed without growing a massive lump on the back of your head from the accidents.

It’s a dormitory not a hotel. Zero hygiene

It shouldn’t be called as a hotel. It’s more like a dormitory or hostel. People were in the corridor made noise in the night and I couldn’t sleep well, even some of them knocked on my door a few times and as a solo female traveler I didn’t feel safe(there is no reception to call). The toilet and bedsheets were smelly and not clean. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Pros: Very clean, the bed area and 'living room' (second bedroom) was spacious. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. The microwave, kettle, fridge, and hair dryer were great and helpful amenities. I liked the red color. I liked having a code to enter the apartment and building instead of having to hold onto a key or card. Cons: the bathroom was way too small. It was difficult to move around. The check in process was a little confusing; I didn't realize there was a "B" building at first. It wasn't terribly close to a bus stop. We would stay there again. I felt safe and comfortable there.

Shower water is only warm. If you want a hot shower, you must use the bidet shower from the toilet since this is the only way to get hot water. The downside is that you have to squat the whole time and it does not feel very hygienic to spray your face with the same bidet which you just used to your other parts. You cannot open the windows, so you don’t get any fresh air. I had to suffer all night since the AC only blows air into the room, and my nose got stuffed because of this. I did not feel safe, since there were often some sketchy people hanging around at the front door of the hotel. The problem is that they can easily see when you enter the code to the lobby door, and the same code also works for your room. So if they see you entering the code and follow you to the same floor where your room is, they could get into your room anytime. Good: Fridge, instant coffee, water boiler, TV, internet, plenty of towels, soap and lots of toilet paper, decent bed, 4 good pillows, huge windows with lots of sunlight, and an electric plug next to the bed. My conclusion: I would rather spend my money renting a private apartment in the Tapiola district for the same cost

This is a good hotel to stay the rooms are big. They don’t have staff onsite it’s all automatically done. I have no issues but I saw other people having issues. It is located about 10 minutes walking from the senate square/old town. There are lots of restaurants convenient stores, mall, and even a super expensive stripe club. The down side they don’t offer storage for your bags and the checking is at 4 pm. I will stay here again

フロントが無い無人受付のホテルは初めてだったが、特に問題なく部屋に入れた。 ベッド、シャワー、トイレ、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫など問題なく、タオルも用意されていた。 残念なのはエアコン（冷房）が無く、また窓も開かないので換気が非常に悪い。 また、これは後で気づいたがフロントが無いのでチェックアウト後に荷物を預けられない。 ただ、不在時の部屋掃除が無いので、いつ戻ってきても構わないのは気が楽だった。

Bra storlek på rummet, då vi var 4 saknades 2 stolar och kylskåpet kunde varit lite större. Bra centralt läge på boendet. Städning ingick inte och inte heller finns det möjlighet att förvara bagage före/efter incheckning.
