"Unfortunately, although the hotel has lovely facilities and is nicely decorated, the service falls short. The front desk staff were unfriendly, and service at the bar and restaurant was very slow."

"What an amazing place to visit. Great for couples. Staff was amazing, food was good. Not close to shopping or restaurants, it’s on a hill, but the view is amazing. Walking distance to downtown, all downhill. Parking is tricky, but staff is helpful. Lots of places to visit and explore within the city."

"Perfect location, large and comfortable room with incredible views. Spa was relaxing and the staff looked after us so well, making the experience extra special for us every day."

"This place was really incredible. I'm now back in Canada wishing I was at Tahai Loft. It was clean, much bigger than I thought and a great location for the sunset and seeing a Moai. The ladies were fantastic at communication and I would send a "Whats app" for things like taxi numbers or tour questions and they would give me a very quick response. If I'm ever lucky enough to go back to Rapa Nui (Easter Island) I will definitely be staying at Tahai Loft."

"Excellent hotel! We loved it! Definitely we will stay there again.the Breakfast was very impressive! Location was great and staff were very friendly. Specially Dominic and Marcel who helped us a lot."

"Clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, great location. A fair amount of street noise on the rooms overlooking Alvarez but wasn’t terrible overnight."

"Hotel Taha Tai is right on the beach in Hanga Roa Rapa Nui and an easy walk to the town centre and harbour. Carlos and all the staff are very helpful and the beachfront restaurant for breakfast was a highlight"

"We enjoyed our week at Kona Koa Lodge. We were able to make some meals in our bungalow. The owners were very helpful with everything we needed. The property looks like a tropical paradise. May 2026."
