"Located a short walk to about anything downtown. Our host Jada was extremely helpful and accommodating. She gave wonderful recommendations on places to take my wife for our anniversary dinner. The House is a bit older but very clean and updated with about everything you need provided. Shampoo, coffee, cereal, stocked kitchen, and even wine for a fair charge that we ended up enjoying. "The hotel was very clean. The staff was nice. The only problems were the elevator was out of service on one of my two stays. Also the breakfast is disappointing. I mean the price was very good and the hotel and staff were great for the price point. I just wish if you going to say you have breakfast make some sort of effort."

"The entire place needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. The carpets need to be pulled or deep cleaned, the furniture in the rooms do as well. It needs a good scrubbing and an exterminator. Oh, and it was giving “ future meth/drug” vibes. There were definitely questionable characters and yelling/slamming doors from around 2a-430a."

"We arrived at 4pm check in and was told our room was not ready. We had a dinner and concert to get to and was assured room would be ready when we returned. When we returned around 1130pm that evening we were told there was a computer glitch and our room was given to someone else. We were then given a paper and told we had an other room waiting for us at another hotel. This happened to other guests as well. No discount or anything given for our inconvenience. Will not book against!"

"We checked in at 4in the afternoon. When we walked in the door at the end of the hall it smelled like smoke and I thought maybe someone was cooking in their room. But we realized it was a smelly food being cooked in the breakfast area. I believe it was Indian food. I didn’t want to smell that or have that smell in my room. There were not enough towels for the two of us, and they don’t clean daily so you have to go to the front desk for extra towels. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 4 because of the reasons listed."

"The room floor was wet when we got there and smelled of a chemical cleaner smell so bad. Mind you we checked in at midnight so it’s not like it had just been cleaned. The carpet in the room felt moist and we figured out why in the morning. The carpet under the air conditioner was soaking wet. When I checked out I told the clerk and all they did was say oh I’m sorry. I honestly felt like the restroom at the Loves truck-stop was cleaner."
