I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and the communication was great from start to finish. The location was perfect for me—only about 15 minutes from the airport, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I felt very comfortable staying there on my own and would absolutely stay again!

Located a short walk to about anything downtown. Our host Jada was extremely helpful and accommodating. She gave wonderful recommendations on places to take my wife for our anniversary dinner. The House is a bit older but very clean and updated with about everything you need provided. Shampoo, coffee, cereal, stocked kitchen, and even wine for a fair charge that we ended up enjoying. My only negative is the living room curtains don’t provide much privacy at night (all the other rooms are fine), tho this is just a personal preference for myself and don’t hold it against the property. The parking in the back is great, however if you have a low clearance vehicle, I’d recommend parking on the road as the entry to it has a bit of bump up. We will for sure be staying here again if it’s available for our trips to Evansville as we try to come a few times a year. 5/5 highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay. It had lots of space, well air conditioned, LOTS of towels. We were in town for a concert at the Ford Center, and were able to just walk. There was a breakfast/coffee shop within walking distance as well. I would highly recommend!
