"Great hotel with a superb breakfast buffet. Room was clean and tidy. Ideally located for the shopping areas and only a 10 minute walk to the historical centre. Metro/Tram station right outside hotel. Good choice for a city break."

"Superb location right in the middle of the centre. Rooms are nice, big and very comfy. Our room had a balcony with the views of the theatre, cathedral and the market. The only downside was that our room didn't have a mirror instead there were two big mirrors in the bathroom. Not ideal if one needs to get ready and the bathroom is occupied. All in all great stay. Looking to book for next year already."

"Clean, modern and spacious room, bathroom was lovely though the shower could have had a bit better water pressure. The toiletries were lovely and the hotel reception smelled fantastic. Location is great on a quiet side road all of a 5min walk from Gare Central and 10 mins from Grand Place and Mont Des Arts. "

"We liked everything about this hotel. Especially the breakfast. But. Advertising a bar. That never opened except the Thursday night makes me knock it down. We were then told you can use the Novotel across the way. We have an agreement with them. I don’t want to use them. As a big hotel chain I think this is bad you don’t open the bar. I know you have a fridge unit with drinks in it you can buy. No. I wanted a draught beer. Which we got on the Thursday. If as a hotel chain you can afford to lose money. That’s fine."
