"Room was not ready, fridge didn’t work. Kids on third floor stomping all night long. Way too much construction going on around the area. No hot tube. Breakfast was ok staff was great"

Called 911 and my husband met the police at the hotel lobby. When we tried to talk to staff about it the next day, we got a defensive response “you know how it is, we’re in the hotel business.”"

"It was a nice hotel, but things are so overpriced. There is no microwave in any of the rooms except for suites which forces you to constantly eat on the premises (it’s in the middle of nowhere). We likely won’t be coming back."
