"Beautiful oasis just outside the heart of Valladolid- lots of enriching activities provided by the hotel everyday. The staff were accommodating, helpful and always cheerful. Loved the murals all around the property and the magic of the underground hot spring. Rejuvenating and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an immersive yet peaceful get-away holiday."

"First room was musty... I changed and it's fine. The staff assisted to make sure I was happy. Room has Netflix capacity too. G9od free parking. Elevator is working. But when I asked to upgrade to king the cost was about half if what I paid for the room... That room will sit empty but they couldn't upgrade dispite my offer to pay a bit more. Otherwise it's fine. "
