We had a very good stay. Clean room and staff helpful. Breakfast was varied each day with a good selection. Good location with large parking area making it easy for taxi pick ups. It is a beautiful building. Our room had a French balcony. Looks like the hotel is very old so rooms are dated and corridors very stark with no art. We enjoyed waking around exploring city. During our stay we also visited Chechen Itza, Uxmal and had a cenotes tour. Everywhere we went people were friendly and we felt quite safe. We would happily recommend visiting.
Beautiful city, fantastic food and friendly people
I would recommend using Uber if you need a taxi anywhere it will be half the price of normal taxis, especially from airport.
Free airport transfer is great if you are between flights like we were.
