The place was loaded with "air fresheners" that were obviously there to mask other smells. Area outside did not feel safe. Only ONE AC unit that did not work properly and was not enough to cool the entire place. It was listed as "luxury" but at best "if it was actually clean" it would be considered a below average apartment. Bad communication. We couldn't even stay one night.

Great property, in a great location. This is an older building, but there are many updates. Easy walking to many Detroit locations.
