Property is about 30 minutes from downtown San Sebastián by number 16 bus which can be caught around 2 minutes walk from the site. The properties (cabins) are literally on top of one another - gold fish bowl like. It’s not possible to open curtains without seeing neighbours in immediate vicinity. There is very little room around the bed and storage space is non existent. Very expensive for what they provide and not the best location if you want easy access to San Sebastián. Taxis are expensive and very few and far between. There is no Uber so expect a lot of trouble when wanting a taxi.

Clean, tidy and modern. But there was some sloppiness:
1. We asked for a refill of body lotion multiple times but this wasnt done- there was no body lotion when we moved into the room.
2. Whilst the lightning system and controls are modern and loom good, they dont work very well. I couldnt turn all the lights off but leave the reading lights on and the black out curtains let light in.
3. It seemed odd that the hotel had a spa and marketed itself as a spa hotel, but we had to pay to use it.
We selected the hotel as we wanted a luxurious stay with spa ameanities, and were willing to sacrifice location for this. However, given we had to pay to use the spa, we may as well have stayed more central.

"Hôtel is very well situated. However there is a bit of construction around (July 2025). But hotel is clean, breakfast is nice and staff super nice ! Parking is very practical since it is outside of the low emission zone."

"One of the few 5 star hotels in Bilbao center. Comfortable beds and pillows. Large bathroom. Rooftop bar is great. Hotel is literally across the street from the Guggenheim museum. Very close to the canal which has a great running and biking path along the sides. Walking distance to many restaurants. ..."

"빌바오 hot places와는 조금 떨어져있지만 대중교통 이용 (Metro, 트램) 하기는 매우 편리함. 호텔 내부는 간결하게 그리고 편리하게 잘 구비되어 있음. 주차에 대한 보다 자세한 사전 설명이 필요함. 터미널 빌딩안에 있는 호텔이라서 자동차로 호텔 접근하려면 처음에 당황스러움. 호텔 보유 주차장이 아니라 터미널 빌딩 자체 지하 유료주차장을 이용하는 것임."
