Love staying here - well priced and central to a lot of areas in Montreal

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor from start to finish. The phone number was not provides to contact the help desk, so whenever we needed assistance, we had to go downstairs to the front desk ourselves. The room was also not properly equipped. There were no bathroom doors. For the price we paid, we expected much better facilities and service. The hotel did not even include breakfast, and basic amenities such as slippers were not provided. Overall, the hotel was overpriced and failed to meet even basic expectations. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and we would not recommend staying here.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. You're steps away from some great dining experiences. If i could suggest 2 things, a comfier couch for winding down at the end of the night, or put TV in bedroom to be able to watch a movie before bed. We will definitely be back!!

The staff support is pretty incredible here.

Close to bell centre. Rooms were not the best . Location was good.
