"This is an excellent house for hosting a large group and/or a party. We were in Gainesville for my granddaughter’s graduation and this house suited us perfectly. Plenty of room for our family to stay and perfect space to host a small celebration for our graduate and her friends. Luis was very responsive to my requests. He even had the home decorated for Christmas inside and out! We really liked having the pickle ball court and corn hole games. It was a bit too cold to use the pool. "We had a great stay at this Gainesville property! Location was terrific- quick 10 minutes to UF campus. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We did wish the hot tub had been working during our stay, but the property management company was responsive and did their best to help troubleshoot the issue. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would happily book again! "
