"I was very surprised by this hotel. It's not really in a standout location, nor does it seem like a 5-star hotel based on looks alone. However, both the rooms and lobby were pretty much spotless when I stayed. The staff were very nice and housekeeping services were provided daily. The price is actually very low considering the quality of the experience I had. There was no road noise. A/C worked very well. Hot water never ran out. This is one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at."

"Chris was excellent he was always very helpful! One thing I did not like was that I told the manager if there was a handicap room because my father was having a heart procedure done in the morning and he tried to help us out, but that construction and not being told which elevator to use had me somewhat upset because my dad had to be walking all over the hotel because the room we were staying in was blocked by the construction! So disappointing. But other than that everything else was good and as I mentioned before the young man Chris was very helpful and always with a smile"
