This hotel is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Location is very good for access to other parts of the city but not the best place for shopping if that is important to you. Staff were excellent and helpful. Only negative I can think of was that the check out took longer than expected as the staff took a while to do a final room check.

Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The hotel even knew without me telling them that water in shower did not drain properly and caused water to stay in the bathroom (and came to me directly to apologize during breakfast). Secure building.

Hotel sets a high standard. The rooms are excellent, staff very friendly and the food is generally good Rather than have only the buffet every night - I think it would be good to offer an a la Carte menu.

Excellent, but only quibble I have and this is with Bangladesh in General, put the total price for food and beverages that includes service charge and VAT on the menus especially in the coffee lounge at reception

Very friendly staff. Lobby is very small and limited seating. Hotel guests and other office workers share the same entrance. Elevators are much smaller with only one evaluator available for hotel guests. Breakfast area is in the 24th floor. Good view but fewer items. Overall experience is ok but definitely not the 4 stars hotel atmosphere and amenities

I rented Large guest room with double Twin bed, I identified one of the bed was super dirty with lots of hair and dirt (it wasn't even changed before we checked in), I called reception immediately and they sent a service guy, after he saw the Bed, he was apologizing and saying sorry repeatedly. He then brought clean bed sheets and linen cover and pillow covers. ALSO HOTEL TOWELS ARE PRETTY OLD, IT LOOKS THEY WERE WORN OUT. I THOUGHT MAY BE IT WAS FIRST DAY, I NOTICED SAME KIND OF TOWELS WERE SUPPLIED DURING OUR STAY. THIS HOTEL IS OVER RATED, IT SHOULDN'T BE EVEN 3 STARS. Washroom door wasn't closing properly. Room Safe was loose, not attached to the main cabinet/wardrobe, anyone could take out whole safe box from the room. I paid up front for buffet breakfast for four days but Hotel didn't serve Buffet Breakfast.

Four point Sheraton at Dhaka- The best at Dhaka
This is not my first time in Four Point Sheraton at Dhaka.In a year I stay in this hotel more than 25 days . I feel as like at home. Dont want to say anything about staff , more helpful than this hotel you never find anywhere.Try the laundry service , they give you packed as new.I recommend all the business persons to try their hospitality, location , food, cleanness etc.I ts value for your money to stay in this hotel.Thanks to all staff.

Customer service was outstanding. Each and every staff person was courteous, and was able to speak in English without any trouble. Food was good. At first sight lobby looked little smaller than expected but later we got used to it.

all about business where its located in Dhaka...as a hotel is great and does the job wished it has meeting room or lounge area or a sitting area in front or lobby where you can attend to you guests, unfortunately it has not. lounge at the 2nd floor is a club it is not lounge so don't be fooled, downstairs is impossible to sit peacefully and meet or attend to a meeting, food is delicious and has so many varieties, pool is great all the way up at the 26th floor, staff are amazing

Great hotel
Traffic in the hotel area can be a headache. But the hotel is amazing with delicious food menu. Staffs are extremely helpful.

AWESOME HOTEL.
Excellent service, great view, great location. Staff was very professional and courteous. A young staff member (Siam) helped us with the check in process - which was absolutely seamless and professional. Siam also attended us for breakfast every morning. He was very polite, courteous, professional and well trained. From the main entrance to check-in to breakfast buffet --- everything was very pleasant and awesome. Daily rate is a bit on the higher side though.

Was a great hotel in prime location. Service and staff were great I was able to book a hotel car to the airport also. Everything was perfect and ambient as I expected. Breakfast was great too.

Excellent Hospitality Staffs
This was my first time to go to Bangladesh and I have a wonderful experience in this hotel. The room is very good and extremely comfortable. The service is excellent and staffs are incredible. I specailly thank you for both amazing staffs Samia and Musa's help and arrangement during my stay at the hotel, they both made me feel so warm and they are so friendly. This is the best experience and I will definitely go back to the same hotel next time!
