This was a great stay! It felt safe and comfortable to stay here as a woman traveling alone. The premises were clean and adequate for my needs during a 1 week stay. The staff was very helpful.

Location is a very quite neighbourhood staff are very friendly always helpful nothing was bad even tasty breakfast only disappointment was the airport transfer 1 trip was included in room rate pick-up or drop-off and i used drop-off and was charged which came as a surprise.

ボナミのレジデンシャルエリアにあるホテル

チェックインに時間がかかります。 シングルを予約してましたが案内された部屋には窓がなく暗い部屋でしたので部屋を変えてもらいました。次に案内された部屋も窓が1ヶ所しかなく薄暗い部屋でした。洗面の排水口から下水の臭いがたちこめ浴室は臭かったです。エアコンから水漏れしており、そのしたのサイドボードの上にバッグをおいてましたのでバッグが水浸しになりクレームをつけたら部屋を変えてくれました。 全体的に迷路のような構造になっており廊下もうすぐらく印象はわるいです。写真をみるときれいに見えますが実際は全然違います。朝食も品数が少なく5-6品しかありません。 宿泊費の設定に疑問を感じます。たとえ安くても泊まりたくないホテルです。送迎は無料です。
