The staff were fantastic. They arranged an emergency pick-up for me, which was very helpful. Mr. Asikul Islam has been extremely helpful. The room looked impressive. It was large and spacious. The breakfast had many options. There was food in the room. Overall, if you are in Dhaka, you should stay at this place. Location is great as all the embassy and visa offices are nearby.

Great in person services from staff. Very accommodating, respectful and prompt. Breakfast buffet was great as well as the in house restaurant. Will definitely be staying here and recommend anyone who’s visiting Dhaka. Room for improvement: online support non existent. Asked questions for staff pre-checking in but no one ever gotten back to me.

Great hotel; wrong location on hotels.com map

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful providing me with tourist advice, map, pictures of sites to help me communicate with non-english speaking drivers. One of them even volunteered to take me around Old Dhaka on his day off. Room is nice, spacious, modern. Breakfast quite complete but better for Asian breakfast. . . don't expect western style omellettes, etc. Problem with this hotel is that the hotels.com map linked to the hotel listing shows the hotel in COMPLETELY THE WRONG LOCATION. I chose it because the map shows the hotel being near Old Dhaka, near Lalbagh Fort and other sites of interest. In fact, it is miles away, farther north in Gulstan, in the same vicinity in new Dhaka as many of the newer hotels in Dhaka. though the great staff made up for it, i would have rather been nearer Old Dhaka (Hotel 71 area, which i had also been considering and has a better location for touring Old Dhaka.

ホテルスタッフは親切です。部屋は普通、外国人の宿泊者が多いです。朝食は不便さがない程度ですが充実してるとは言えない。テレビが以前はNHKが観れましたが今はないのでホテルスタッフにはリクエストしてます。WiFiが弱いので自分のWiFi と併用使いです。
