The place was absolutely dirty, when you walk to the floor, your feet will be fully black. The food was in the restaurant was not good at all. The property maintain thing like stairs restroom toilet flush was absolutely bad. Only one positive thing is the staff is very good and friendly.

The hotel falsely advertises that it provides transport to and from airport. But it didn’t. In fact when asked during checking they told us the money you’ve provided isn’t sufficient enough to avail transport. Which was a shocker to me. I followed up with Wotif staff regarding hotel’s explanation and experience and they tried to resolve it by calling the hotel. The hotel told them totally different stories! Hotel authority told them there car has been damaged and that’s why they couldn’t provide the service! What a joke! With this type of poor service and lie I’ve made up my mind that nor or any of my family will ever book the hotel in future.

I was there In October for 1 day. They up-charged me $25 for having 1 extra person. I showed them website charging $5 for the extra person. But, they made me pay $25. Room was okay, but very disappointed with the bathroom. It was gross with stain all over the bathtub and yeah, free cockroaches. Things to add, onside restaurant was a plus and good food. Will never comeback again.

Terrible hotel

The room was dirty and poorly, certainly not 3 stars and I would not give it 1 star. There was no space between beds, toilet was dirty, windows were not closing properly and mosquitoes are flying in at will. The pictures in the hotel profile is deceiving as the hotel in reality looks nothing like that.

空港からのアクセスもよく、近くにはショッピングセンターやスーパーなどもあり、ちょっとした買い物(日用品やsimカードなども購入可能)をするには最適なロケーションです。ホテルの設備自体は年季は入ってますが全然問題なく使うことができます。ホテル最上階にはレストランも併設されており、(日本に比べれば)比較的リーズナブルな価格でボリューミーな料理をいただくことができます。スタッフはみなさん親切で、困ったことなどがあれば丁寧に教えてくださいました。また、空港までは送迎サービスが利用できるそうです。 困ったことといえば、ホテル周辺にあまり飲食店がないことと、ホテルからダッカ市街地まで距離があるのでその都度リキシャやタクシーを使わなければいけない点が挙げられます。 バングラデシュにはあまりゲストハウスのようなリーズナブルな宿泊施設は少なく、それに比べると少し割高な値段にはなってしまいますが本当にオススメのホテルです。
