9/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
Overall, it's a good hotel in a great location. The room itself is very good for a short stay in Paris.
That said, when we checked in, our room had empty bottles of shower gel and shampoo. We had to ask reception, and they only provided small sample bottles. The next morning, I witnessed another guest asking for the exact same thing.
Please ensure basic toiletries are restocked before guests arrive without them having to ask: this is a fundamental hospitality expectation.

7.6/10 Good! (388 reviews)
"Room was comfortable and all amenities provided. Exterior and surroundings looking a bit tired. Disappointed to find that the restaurant was not open on a Friday evening (not open at weekends). We have stayed at Camponile numerous times over last 15 years mainly because of the on site restaurants. ..."
