"Great single afternoon and night stay. We had a quad room really big. Good sized bathroom. Air con. Veranda. Small pool and jacuzzi just behind us. Pool was super clean showers available. Swim hats must be worn. There was a larger pool closer to reception with a small paddling pool for toddlers. Reception offers olive oil tasting. Has a decent bar great staff. Really friendly and helpful, all a credit to the company. Restaurant was very good. Limited choices but good value for set menus about 20/24 euro for 2/3 courses all came with a dessert. Would definitely stay again. 7km to the nearest beach. Which was Selinunte lovey beach not overly touristy plenty of free beach area. About 30 min from Mazara. And about an hour from Trapani. Parking is 5 euro a day and is secure and pretty ample."

"We stayed as a group of 17 in Livia's beautiful house at the end of July 2026. The house exceeded our expectations on all fronts: the amazing gardens; huge swimming pool; outside seating areas; table tennis table; BBQ; hot tubs and air-conditioned bedrooms were enjoyed by all.As a group of four familes, with 6 teenagers and 3 younger children (10-12), we particularly loved the fact that there was enough room for everyone to have their own space - the older teenagers particularly enjoyed the independence of staying in the 2 cottages! Both the house and gardens are immaculately kept. There is no air-con on the lower floors - Livia explained that this was to do with aesthetics - but the air con in the bedrooms works well and there is always the pool if you need to cool off!Livia is a responsive and warm host. She answered any questions very swiftly. One of the children in our party was unwell, and she went out of her way to provide advice and assistance which we are very grateful for.You could probably just stay at the house and not leave and have a wonderful time! However, it is worth hiring a car (plenty of parking on the driveway) to explore the local beaches at Selinunte, Porto Palo do Menfi, and to the north, Castellamarre do Golfo where we hired a boat.We had a really magical holiday, and would recommend the house to anyone looking for a relaxing time in a beautiful setting."

"First rate experience. The staff could not have been more helpful, kind, attentive and welcoming. The room was most comfortable with good facilities including newly refurbished bathroom. Balcony with view of the park opposite was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked eggs to order and a wide range of foods, regularly replenished. Limited on street parking. Central location. Delightful all round. Recommended!"
