"A fantastic house beautifully located with amazing views and the real highlight of a sandy beach at the bottom of the steps with some nice shade and calm, shallow water for the kids plus rocky bits to explore. Very well equipped house, beach towels provided was a nice touch and very useful as we spent most days on the beach. Conveniently located by a bus stop a short ride into town and a few minutes walk (down the main road) from a lovely beach taverna at Sklithri. The only downside to this glorious Skiathos retreat was the bit of noise from the road, but balanced out by the convenience for public transport. "

"The staff are what make this hotel special. They are so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a superior sea view room which was lovely, and the views breath-taking. The grounds are average and pool very small. Breakfast ingredients were low quality, and could be better. "

This is a very special property- the best we have stayed in in Europe. The photos that advertise the property do not do it justice.We were so sad to leave and so want to return. "

"The villa is ideally placed to enjoy the southern end of the island and is in a very quiet location surrounded by woodland. The villa was very clean and the facilities such as the air conditioning functioned really well. The road to the villa is uneven but if taken at slow speed is easily negotiable. WiFi was great, the kitchen had everything you need and bus stop 13 is at the end of the road so it is very easy to get into Skiathos town (only took approx. 15 minutes along the coast road) or if you go west to the other beaches then they are closer still and there are loads of excellent restaurants within an easy 5 minute drive. Kanapitsa beach is a joy too with a great bar & restaurant on the beach and it's only moments away (there's a great mini-market on the way there too). You do need a car though as the road to the villa once off the main road is steep."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Didn't get to use the pool as it was always very crowded and other guests would "reserve" the loungers. Beaches were much better so that was not a huge problem. Front desk staff were exceptional with many recommendations and helpful tips. The restaurant staff could use a little more friendliness and attentiveness. We would recommend this hotel. "

"This hotel was such a lucky find! Myself and my fiancee had a very peaceful stay here. Super clean and friendly (we think family?) who own it. Any local we mentioned where we were staying to, knew it and were impressed we were staying there so it must have a good rep! Great for transport, both bus and water taxi. Car taxi only a tenner from skiathos town if you miss the last bus back. Easy walk down to achladies beach (has no issues finding sunbeds, only €15 for 2 all day), three restaurants/bars to eat and drink at and the water is beautiful! We recommend taking snorkels as there were lots of fish! Overall, an amazing hotel and location! "
