"It was renovating and the work from 10am to 5pm disturbed, especially when it rained on one of those rare days in July/Aug. The hotel addressed this very well, upgrading our room and putting us on half board. Will stay again."

She made sure our family of four was assigned to rooms next to each other, which made things so much easier for us. She also kindly arranged a late check-out to accommodate our late flight—something we really appreciated. Overall, excellent service, clean rooms, and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!"
