"Everything was amazing staff , restaurant , hotel , my only complaint would be there was not a full service breakfast . Just coffe shop snacks . "

"The floor in our room was sticky and we could wipe dirt off of it. The fridge in our room was broken. We asked hotel staff if they could fix it or get us a new one. They said they would see what they could do and never did anything. This was frustrating as our son has special food that needs to be refrigerated."

"Well located, modern, roomy hotel room with comfy beds. Shout out for whistle clean room and common areas-though a tutorial about how to use the shower would be helpful. 3 of us...all in separate rooms were stymied! Staff was lovely and made every effort to be helpful, but they should be trained in local sights and eateries or offer a simple page handout with vetted suggestions as we were given incorrect info several times. Would def recommend and stay here again! Don't miss Dilly's a few steps away for breakfast if needing an alternative to on site Prospect Cafe."

"I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and hotel was nice. My only issue is when I checked in the representative was able to verify I had already prepaid for parking and breakfast. For some reason they still charged my card out of my incidentals for parking. I have called and currently still waiting for it to be credited back to my account. Its been almost a week. ."

"Front desk was exceptional, let us through the reservation well.The breakfast was amazing. The guys at the Avery really took care of us. We really had a great experience, a great property. Just small knickknack repairs to get."

"The property description was exactly as pictured and stated on VRBO. The property is two separate apartments but felt safe with half of my family upstairs and downstairs. The response from property owner was quick from any questions I had. The property was very clean and spacious. It easily accommodated 11 family members. Everywhere we wanted to go in Tulsa was 20 minutes or less from the property. I would definitely use this property again."

"When we walked in the door, the air freshener smell was overwhelming. We started by finding all the plug in air fresheners and unplugging them and set them out on the deck. The smell was still strong the 2nd day. We didn’t have hot water and had to contact the host who had a plumber come out to replace the tankless water heater. That wouldn’t have been too bad except we had an infant that needed a nap. The walls are very thin so the noise from the downstairs neighbors was rather interruptive especially since they were loud far into the night. I would not recommend especially for a young family. Rooms were small and the backyard was essentially non-existent and unkept."
