Hotel was conveniently located. We stayed 4 nights. The service elevator was the only working elevator and we had to obtain assistance from the staff to get to our floor every day we were there. The person who checked us in said we would get one night parking free for the inconvenience; however, we were charged for all 4 days of parking. When I inquired about it, the person at the desk said there were no notes regarding the credit. Therefore, we did not receive what was promised.

"The room was colder than I wanted it to be. I tried to adjust the A/C but was unsuccessful. Also, the people in the room next to me on my left-side were loud talking. I mentioned this to the front desk employee. I also asked for a copy of my bill from front desk and was not given it to me."
