Also, our property's central location makes it an ideal hub for exploring the surrounding area. There are many attractions in Kemah, Galveston, and Houston all within convenient reach.

Guest have private access to all parts of the home.



The Neighborhood:

6th Street in San Leon is a charming and peaceful residential neighborhood surrounded by the natural beauty of the Texas Gulf Coast. The area is known for its relaxed, coastal atmosphere and friendly community spirit.

The close location to Galveston Bay presents the opportunity for water activities such as boating, fishing, and sailing. Local restaurants in the vicinity boast an impressive selection of the freshest seafood available along the Gulf Coast.



Getting Around:

This home can accommodate 3 vehicles only! There is parking available in the driveway. It can hold up to 2 cars. The street does have a green space in front of the house that can hold 1 vehicle. We ask that you please do NOT block your neighbor's driveways, the flow of traffic on the street, or the mailbox area.

If you have more than 3 vehicles, please let us know & we will share the additional parking instructions.



There is a garage remote you may use during your stay. You will find it in the basket under the TV. Please don't lose it as there is a $100 replacement fee.



Other Things to Note:

Our home is centrally located to some of the freshest seafood restaurants in all of San Leon.

Pier 6 is 2 blocks away & has a great bay views, an amazing menu, & delicious cocktails.

Top Water Grill is also waterfront, with a good menu. Seasonal fishing tournaments frequently live from here.

Gilhooley's is known for their oysters, plus a good home style cooking menu. Their patio area frequently has live music & they are only 2 minutes away from the house.
