"Travelled here with my family, including toddlers and a senior citizen, looking for a safe, comfortable stopover. While the property itself was fine, the management is absolutely terrible. The hotel charged a $100 incidental deposit to my card at check-in. We checked out with zero issues, but instead of releasing the temporary hold, the hotel officially processed it as a final charge and took the money from my account. When I called the hotel politely to ask about the unauthorized charge, the manager was incredibly rude and literally yelled at me over the phone. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior toward a paying guest. Check your bank statements closely if you stay here. I have filed a formal complaint with Choice Hotels corporate. Avoid this location until they get better management"
