Welcome to Pepe's Place! This 1900 sf 3 bed, 2 bath home is located halfway between Houston and Galveston Island, minutes from shopping and restaurants including the Seabrook Waterfront and Kemah Boardwalk theme park!

Feels like being in the country, yet close to so much. Beautiful interior. Property includes 8'x18' heated Spa/Pool (from 3’6" to 4’6" deep) available 365 days/year, covered front and back patios, outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen, adjustable beds in primary and secondary bedroom, bunk beds in third, and full-size inflatable air mattress available. Wifi available. Towels, toilet paper and toiletries provided.

My son and i stayed here for a local a baseball tournament in League City. The location was perfect. The house was incredibly comfortable. It was clean. It was just like the listing. It made us feel like we were staying in luxury. Every small detail was immaculate. Myself and 5 friends stayed here for a sailing trip we planned. The home is beautiful and amazingly appointed with EVERYTHING you could think you may need. Monica was so easy to communicate with. Every detail has been thought of for guests here. The party pool was amazing including easy access instructions ti get the app and control the pool. The beds are more comfortable than any bed I’ve used. The towels are super soft. The neighborhood is quite and walking distance to restaurants. Easy drive to major stores. Hosts are super responsive and served any needs we had. Check in was simple. This was better than any 5 star hotel.
