"Room was cold noisy pipes and drip sound throughout the night - wasn’t fixed despite asking not offered another room - overall disappointing except dinner fish n chips was excellent"

"Hotel and rooms need a lot of TLC, water takes a while to heat up and when it does the pressure in the shower is awful. Pool wasnt bad but there were no spa appointments avaliable depsite having a membership. And the junior suite dosent look like the photos. Ended up makkng a complaint andnit was rectified but still not happy with my stay. Wasnt worth the money I paid. "

"Shower awful. Too hot or too cold and a dribble. Avoid room 301. The door outside opens all night and sounds like someone is coming into your room. Otherwise, fine. "
