nous sommes des personnes d un certain age ;samedi soir nous allions a une réception rendez vous:17h30.a Digoin. nous sommes arrivé a l hôtel à17h : heure prévue à la réservation. Personne à l' accueil, nous avons tel à la responsable,qui était là et qui sait montré très désagréable; pour lui demander la clé de la chambre. Réponse : l' accueil ouvre a 17h30 !!. nous lui demandons gentiment de vouloir ouvrir 10mn avant pour changer de vêtements ,nous venions de faire 300km réponse:non !!!! elle a ouvert a 17h35. donc nous sommes repartis habilles comme nous étions.Nous avons pris les petits déjeuner au bistro en face;a 8h15 l accueil était toujours fermé.;nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

très décevant

Décevant, accueil par un enfant d'environ 10 ans, pas possible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte car il n'y a pas de clim et la route qui passe devant est extrêmement bruyante. hôtel vétuste mais propre.Pas de robinets thermostatiques, attention à la brulure!! le décodeur de la telé ne fonctionne pas donc pas de télé. commentaire de la patronne.. 'c’est SUREMENT LES PILES. oui surement je ne sais pas en attendent pas de télé..... il faut prendre la clé de la chambre au restaurant qui est en face des chambres et le commentaire de la patronne....vous me ramènerez la clé est plutôt moyen le point positif......la literie est au top je ne reviendrai pas c'est sur.

Nous venons tous les ans et toujours aussi bien accueillis. Le repas était délicieux, fait maison de l'entrée au dessert. Les chambres sont confortables avec une bonne literie. A l'année prochaine, merci

Le séjour a été parfait, le petit-déjeuner était copieux avec du pain perdu et des crêpes faites maison, le repas du soir aussi et servi dans des assiettes normales, fait maison aussi. L'accueil est charmant.
