"Great location. Close to metro and night market. A lot of food options around. If you like to walk, it’s a walking distance for some major city attractions. Room was small but spotless. Beds are very comfortable what helped us to change out time zone. You can hear people talking outside of room if they pass, but not many would pass our room. Unlimited and great snacks/soft drinks 24/7 in a lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in/out seamless. We arrived one day earlier than planned and couldn’t reserve the same room type for first night. Staff was very nice to upgrade our first night room to the same level as rest of nights, thank you! Shower pressure was great. The only issue we had with conditioner. It worked well but I couldn’t figure out how to switch it to climate control so it stops when cold enough. I should ask staff but it wasn’t a big deal and I let it go. We definitely will book this hotel when will visit Taipei next time. It’s not upscaled hotel with more perks, but excellent for the price we had."
