"Started off well with two young gents at reception- ‘your room is in the old part of the hotel’ - suspect that’s where they put the ‘old’ people - no lift and the stairs a challenge- young man carried our cases up! - ask for a room in new section with lift! - next morning arrived for breakfast at 10.15am (Hotels.com site says until 11.00am!!!) - non finished at 10.00, no one offered a coffee or croissant!! - we explored Dijon returning to room at 3.30pm to find our room had not been serviced,...

"Well situated for old part of town and close to plenty of eating places quthin short walk.We stayed on Sunday so street parking free but spaces tight and limited. Breakfast very nice. Room small ( superior double) but kettle and effective air con. As a personal preference didnt sleep well as winter weight duvet and it was too hot."
