"Spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped, this apartment has lovely views over the golf course and bay. The owner’s communications were timely, friendly and very helpful. His reception staff were lovely. One criticism would be that the duvets provided could do with replacement; and , perhaps, the rear doors with a repaint! But a lovely place , and a most comfortable and happy stay."

"The apartment is spotlessly clean & in a wonderful location. We were able to walk everywhere and anything we needed was in the apartment. For us the only negative was meeting host to collect key and parking pass. A vague location was provided only short time before & due to heavy traffic in high tourist area it was difficult for us to find. "Une odeur prégnante de moisi et de renfermé (surtout dans le meuble contenant la vaisselle qui oblige à systématiquement la laver avant utilisation), le canapé type BZ est inconfortable, s'asseoir dessus est une épreuve ! Et les tapis au sol sont usagés et ne renvoient pas un ressenti de propreté. Dommage !! La petite cour est sympa mais un mini parasol ne suffit pas pour pouvoir y déjeuner. Dommage car ce logement est vraiment bien situé."

"Rien à dire pour cette location perdu dans un coin de Bretagne mais accessible rapidement aux grands axes. cette petite maison avec terrasse est très bien équipé et la propriétaire nous laisse même de quoi se préparer un petit déjeuner tout fonctionne très bien un petit bar restaurant juste en face pour ceux qui ne veulent pas cuisiner.Vraiment magnifique"

"Nous avons passé quelques jours dans un appartement très agréable et décoré avec goût, rien ne manque. Il est idéalement situé pour découvrir Dinard sans avoir besoin de voiture. Il est facile et rapide d’échanger avec l’aimable propriétaire. Bref, une escapade réussie !"

"Our 2 families had a great stay. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was very central and walkable to the beach, all sites and restaurants and shopping. It was nice to have linens and towels included and the kids loved the bunk beds."

"Pros: great location, excellent bathroom and good kitchen. The host, Isabelle, was kind and helpful. Cons: we were disappointed that the apartment had no WiFi. (The listing, when we booked early, said it did). You should know the bed is in the living room, like you would find in a studio. We did not use the sofa bed, but the sofa was a little uncomfortable to sit on. Overall, a pretty good stay for two. Check the restaurant directly across the street- fantastic."

Didier est très accueillant et aux petits soins. À partir du logement nous avons visité Dinan, St Malo et le Mt St Michel."
