"Nice hotel - check in was very efficient, including parking my car. The room is nicely appointed with plenty of electric sockets (in sensible places like by the bed for charging phone overnight), nice selection of TV channels on the TV. Nice clean room, I especially liked the vegan friendly toiletries which is a nice touch and the sustainability aspects. "

"It is a very nice boutique hotel in Namur (probably unique as far as I know). The restaurant is excellent. Only the breakfast could be improved. But overall, a really pleasant stay."

"I felt like I had done research on the property but there were things that we did not learn until the last day so I hope you read this and you will know right away. This hotel was beautiful and the grounds are extremely peaceful. The staff were always the most friendly people ever. What we didnt know was that within walking distance for relatively healthy people, there is a gondola that takes you right down the mountain to a square. It was a surprise to add to our trip and we couldn't believe how close it was. We had been walking in circles on the grounds which are beautiful but exploring the city was at out finger tips and we didn't know until the last morning. The gondola takes you over the citadel. It's an amazing view. "

"Lovely castle in an isolated and lovely part of Belgium. Accommodation was really good and fantastic value. The good was good but not as good value. If you stay there you really are committing to eat there so you need to add both together. We thought it was fine overall."

"This was the second time that I’ve stayed here and it was perfect just as the first time. This was a family trip with multiple rooms and it was very pleasant for all of us. The location is great as we have family that lives nearby. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful and this trip was no different. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket just across the street. The hotel is unique and a fantastic value for the cost. We will stay here again the next time we visit. Thank you for another enjoyable stay. "

"Convenient and comfortable. However, since I previously extended my reservation for another 2 nights in the same room, staff checked me out and then checked me in for new reservation at 6:30 am. This resulted in my television being turned on … and it woke me up at 6:30 am. Staff didn’t seem very apologetic about doing this. I would expect them to know that TVs get turned on when they check in guests. I wasn’t amused by this error since I wasn’t able to get back to sleep. Handing me a free drink card was insulting. "
