"Pluses- amazing views, right on the water, spacious and clean apartment/hotel room with a well-stocked kitchen. Minuses- definitely some maintenance needed in the shower and bathroom area. Lots of water damage. It also does require your initiative to find out how to check in. It is five or so rooms arranged over several floors (no elevator) and there is no front desk. I had to call to get instructions for access. But they instructions were clear and easy to follow and we had to problem getting into the apartment."

"The room had 3 issues: 1. The water kept turning off which wasn't great whilst mid shower. 2. The water was sometimes brown when it did turn back on 3. The bed was extremely loud and squeaky. Every time I moved, my 8 month old would get disturbed. The breakfast was nice and it was a clean place with beautiful views. But im not sure i would stay here again. The staff could have given us something to make up for the water issue instead of pretending like it wasn't happening (until i mentioned it at checkout). "

"The hotel is an amazing example of using space wisely, however you can only access the hot tub with a spa session which is misleading considering it’s listed as an amenity on Hotels.com. There was also no staff at the front desk when we arrived so our illegally parked car was stressful while we waited 10 minutes for someone to check us in and let us know what the parking options were with the hotel. Room decor was very hip and the place had a great vibe."
