"This rental is an amazing neighborhood and the property itself is also pretty spectacularIf you bring bicycles and plan on doing any writing, this is one of the best places you could possibly be in the town you’re very close to downtown and the Riverwalk and you can stroll through a local cemetery and visit your former in-laws lolSeriously the host is super accommodating and if you have dogs as we do, the property is super accommodating, and the dogs that live across the street are absolutely wonderfulThank you for an awesome weekend. It could not have been any better."

"Pictures do not reflect the actual condition of the rental. I had to ask multiple times for the rental information and then when we walked into the place it had a strong smell of drug use with windows left open to try to air it out. The furniture was stained with who knows what, the pool table was in poor shape and missing balls, pillows were ripped, the thermostat was broke, a kitchen cabinet door was broke and was placed trying to hide the fact, sticky stuff all over the kitchen floor and furniture and to top it off someone picked their nose and wiped it on the wall by the door. The place was filthy! The property manager didn't even apologize for the condition or even try to discuss fixing anything. Thank goodness for the VRBO staff, they were excelent but this property was not."

"Lee is an awesome host! I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Columbus! It was very clean, safe, and quiet, with thoughtful amenities such as cooking and kitchen essentials, laundry facilities, paper towels, lots of bath towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. I stayed during some cold evenings, and it was very easy to turn up the temperature control and keep the room comfortable. A Piggly Wiggly, a health food store, and downtown shops, plus a nice park, were all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again if it's available for my next visit to Georgia. "
