"Property advertised as 6 rooms, really only had 3 actual bedrooms. Other rooms were part of the other rooms not really providing all the privacy as 6 actual rooms would provide. Other sleep area were bunk beds in the hall way and a day bed with no doors. Trash cans in back were not emptied out and bbq pits were also not cleaned out and grates were missing. Coffee pot in house was not working, had missing parts. Deck had build up of leaves and debris. House is older, had some rotting wood and fascia falling apart, making it easy access to squirrels. Several pieces of trash out in landscape of property. "
