"O hotel é um bom hotel 3 estrelas. Não é um hotel 4 estrelas. Na baixa estação a piscina estava bem suja. Mas a opção de andar de caiaque (apesar de não disponibilizarem coletes) é bem divertida. O café da manhã foi bem bom, apesar de não haverem muitos hóspedes. Não existe local em que se possa beber água, a não ser pagando."

"The staff was the best, special mention to Emerson in reception who was incredibly helpful and attentive. All staff was very nice (Rafael and Osario) always going above and beyond to make sure we were okay. Thank you all for your great service. The pousada is rustic and looks like a tropical paradise and it is great value for money. Good breakfast and really good restaurant options. "Good pousada in praia do forte, nice decoration good ambient music, good breakfast, room was not big but ok for two people with an extra bed to put luggage, easy access to main street with lots of restaurants "

"The staff was very helpful, location was perfect for our purposes. The breakfast was so good it justified the cost of the stay. The only issue was that cats were allowed to freely wonder about the eating area and disturb the guests. "

"Experiência com altos e baixos, contudo, percebemos que há esforço por parte da gerência de que o atendimento seja excelente. Pontos altos: quartos muito bonitos e confortáveis e alimentação com qualidade e variedade excepcional. Pontos baixos: Alguns atendentes mal humorados e que se recusaram a atender solicitações ou atenderam visivelmente contrariados, em um outro dia, houve demora na reposiçao de sabonete e toalhas. Outro ponto que não gostamos muito foi o fato de que é preciso se deslocar muito para tudo caso não contrate o Signature Level. Quanto às falhas no atendimento, embora tenha ocorrido algumas situações, a gerência resolveu tudo, sendo extremamente proativa e atenciosa no atendimento por whatsapp. Enfim, no geral, gostamos muito, principalmente da comida. "
