Disney Wilderness Preserve Holidays

Really good hotel in an excellent location. Downside is the resort fee, it maybe if you’re staying for a week or more and have time to slow down and use the offsite facilities. If not then the onsite are sufficient and you should not need to pay the fee.

I booked this hotel about a month in advance. You charged my credit card immediately so I assumed we were all set …..BUT…..When we arrived they told us we were being transferred to another hotel. Mind you we traveled 7 hours with my 1 1/2 year old grandchild , arrived at 7:30 to find out we had no room. I am 65 was exhausted along with my family especially the little one so loading back into a car was not easy. Also a few days before our check in I received a message that said we are preparing you room . And I responded we are looking forward to our stay as I felt this was just the place I had been looking for. Now I feel I would discourage anyone from staying here !!!!! Very disappointed customer
