"Great hotel, rooms adequate and clean, bar and restaurant great but it is the fantastic staff that makes this hotel excellent. From checking in to checking out, every single member of staff demonstrated a fantastic attitude and could not do enough for the guests. Well done"

"Nice room very clean staff pleasant but bar area in need of a bit of love snd attention. Breakfast very good but placement of things s bit odd. Why is the butter with the fresh fruit section and not by the toaster and bread and jams !? Also tea making area very congested and when busy you have to wait a very long time to access the hot water/ coffee machine. "
