"The staff of Othman de, Dora and Matild were excellent at check in and out and all concierge duties. Outlined on a map how to get around and main wonderful attractions. They were helpful in arranging nice clean and safe transfers. Petra was also so nice with emails prior to arrival. Breakfast staff were amazing. Great coffee and food. We will be returning."
