Great transport links around the hotel with it being right next to the railway station and taxi stops. Very close to tram and bus stops too so easy to get around the city

The place is clean and big and very close to many places. However, the bar manager is a little rude and not accommodating. We received a mini wine as VIP stay. We don’t drink wine and requested to have it changed to bottled water. The lobby receptionist asked the bar/restaurant manager. The manager was rude and said no.
