It was very conveniently located within easy reach of public transport to get to the city centre sightseeing places.
We stayed for two nights and breakfast was average for the rates paid.

A wonderful stay in this lovely city hotel. Varied, locally sourced breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Really quiet and spacious bedrooms . In a great location for visiting all the main attractions in Vienna either walking ( if like us you dont mind a a few minutes walk ) or by using the metro which connects you to all just about anywhere you would want to visit including Schonbrunn.

Desk staff delightful!!! Tried to eat in the “fine dining” restaurant, then when seated, discovered was pris fixe menu. We did not want seven courses. Young waiter was confused; Maitre de was rude, assuming we did not understand pris fixe, treated us with contempt. By the way, food in the bar comes from the same kitchen!

"What a view I had from my window! Back in the US, I would not get a hotel room overlooking the White House. But here in Bratislava, the Presidential Palace was just across the way. "What a sweet surprise! The staff were so friendly, breakfast was superb!!! The wine bar is such a hidden gem. Bratislava was more marvelous than expected and the hotel is perfectly located for sight seeing. A little trek to the train station but not bad."
