"We had the unfortunate experience of being placed in the room next to the 24 hour fitness room. People were dropping weights at all hours. When we arrived in the room, there was an unusual smell. We couldn't figure out if it was an air freshener or something else. The location of the hotel is fantastic. There are several locations in DC within walking distance. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable."

"We spent one night only. This Hotel did not disappoint. Kudos to the door guy with the locks. He was so pleasant and had a smile with every opening and closing of the door. It was a joy to see."

"Please avoid this property if you can!!!! The only positive aspect of this property is its location. Based on the photos, it appeared to be a decent place to stay, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality. Upon check-in, the condition of the room was unacceptable. There was visible mold, cracked walls, chipped and poorly maintained paint, and carpets that appeared not to have been cleaned in years. The overall cleanliness and upkeep were extremely disappointing. We requested to speak with a manager, only to be told they were on vacation and unavailable. Despite providing clear evidence of the issues, our request for a refund was ultimately denied by management. The staff on-site were unable to assist in any meaningful way—they could not process a refund or offer a solution, and appeared limited to basic check-in and check-out duties. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend staying here. ***Please do not sign anything they charge you a safety deposit when you get there*** I needed safety from this place.
