"The customer service was top tier. The location was excellent. The food in the restaurant was affordable and delicious. There were two amenities that were missing. No microwave in the entire hotel and no vending machines. Also there was no room service to order from the resuraunt."

"The front desk greeted us upon arrival. They were very helpful getting us checked in and taking our luggage upstairs. The room/apartment we stayed in was very roomy, clean and comfortable. Being on the top floor the very large bathrooms had sky lights. The kitchen had everything that could be needed. The beds were comfortable and the AC work very, very well!! Check out was quick and again they helped with the luggage. The only drawback was the distance to the nearest subway station."
