My room was very noisy during the night. First, the city noises, such as garbage trucks working at 2am in the morning, that could be avoided eith better window isolation, then inside the room there was some noise of water dripping inside the walls and the noise of the centeal ACV system running. Additionally, the room was very hot and no way to control the temperature.

Great location to walk to mid town manhattan. Room was clean & well maintained. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Nice touches like 12 noon check out, free bottled water & available coffee pods for the room. Overall I'd definite highly recommend staying at this hotel
