In a very quiet luxury residence, on the marina, beautiful 3-room apartment with a capacity of 4 people, with an area of approximately 58.5m² on the 1st floor with lift and a large balcony facing full South. The apartment includes: an entrance serving a living room (with flat screen TV and a DVD player) opening onto a large and magnificent south-facing balcony and panoramic view of the marina, an American kitchen (with a dishwasher , 4 electric hotplates, a combined oven/microwave and a refrigerator), separate WCs, a corridor leading to: a first bedroom (with a 140x190 bed and an integrated storage cupboard) opening onto the balcony, a second bedroom (with a 140x190 bed, and an integrated storage cupboard) and a bathroom (bath). Pets are accepted in this rental.
This rental is also available for short stays (outside the school holiday period).
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60E, sheet kit (90x190: 20E/ 140x190: 22E/ 160x200: 25E, (let us know a few days before arrival), baby bed (25E/ week), mini wi-fi box (7E/day).

les prestations fournies ne correspondent pas avec le standing de cet appartement. Poubelle de la cuisine nauséabonde (reste de nourriture baignant dans l'eau). Moquette des chambres pas propre aspirateur pas passé. Canapé et literie pas adaptés aux personnes agées (lit et canapé trop bas). A part cela belle vue sur le port et grand balcon.

La localisation de l'appartement est très bien Par contre, les moquettes des chambres sont infectes. Tachées et encrassées. Un lino serait plus approprié pour l'hygiène et l'entretien.

Appartement très agréable, spacieux et bien placé, vu sur le port. Tout est a proximité plage, restaurant, commerce et nous avons pu faire de grande balade.
