"The room and hotel were mostly great. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, and wonderful shower. Just two towels; sink drained poorly so it was full whenever used; fireplace did not work. The hotel provided use with wine (we don’t drink alcohol and cookies to compensate for the fireplace). The worst part is the noise from the bar(s). The hotel provide ear plugs but it was so loud there was no way to cancel it out. We were on the 8th floor. If it wasn’t for the outside noise I would strongly recommend but as I couldn’t sleep until after 2am I would only stay on a weekday. "

"Staff was accommodating, the bathroom door was falling off when we arrived and the shower was weirdly designed with only half a door. My shower was not relaxing. The pool was so crowded and the common area was crowded. "

"Nice hotel, close to WEM and River Cree casino. Just keep in mind that this is a very kid friendly hotel so if you are looking to relax in the hot tub or pool, you might be sharing the space with a lot of screaming kids. Great hotel though. P"
